Everything was perfect. Room was like new. Great staff.

From the moment we arrived at Kempinski Palace Engelberg, we were completely enchanted. The hotel is the perfect blend of Swiss alpine charm and world-class luxury. Every detail — from the breathtaking mountain views to the elegant interiors — speaks of thoughtful design and impeccable hospitality. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist with a warm smile. The concierge and front desk went above and beyond to make our stay seamless and enjoyable. Our room was spacious, beautifully furnished, and offered stunning panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and every evening felt like a retreat into calm and comfort. The rooftop infinity pool and spa were a highlight — simply magical. Soaking in the heated pool while gazing at the snow-capped peaks is an unforgettable experience. The breakfast buffet was another star of the stay: rich, varied, and full of fresh and local ingredients. The dining options were also superb, with a refined menu and elegant ambiance. Lovely stay in a superior studio flat early june. Fantastic view, friendly and helpful staff. Bed was not particularly comfortable as it was a sofa bed, but that was to be expected as that is what we paid for. Excellent value for money and Andermatt was charming. We will definitely come back :)

The sauna was amazing and the nearby hikes are beautiful.

Epic mountain views at location. So peaceful and quiet. Could be a location thing but hotel room window had no net and room had no AC or fridge.
