Bison Flat at The Rosedale is an ultra-plush, recently renovated, 1930s- style preserved apartment; located in the metro area, updated with modern amenities: rain-shower head, tankless water system, Netflix/Hulu/Prime, Washer/Dryer, Tempur-pedic mattresses, Wifi, Walnut floors, reclaimed brick/white oak heavy timber bar, heated/backlit mirrors in the bathrooms, dimmable designer/recessed lighting, gated common area with lighting, and a Keurig for coffee.

This newly renovated unit is on the second floor of a three-story building. You'll access the property from the front entrance and go up one flight of stairs. You'll walk into the unit's open living/dining area. A full bathroom is just off the dining room, as well as a hallway leading to the kitchen, bedrooms and second bath. The back door off the kitchen takes to you a second stairwell leading into the shared/fenced backyard and patio area with grill and fire pit.

Perfect location - 3 minutes to the Gathering Place, Cherry Street, Brookside, Downtown, BOK Center, Brady/Deco/Blue Dome/Pearl Districts, Walk one block to the best Italian and BBQ restaurants in Tulsa at 18th and Boston.

Get anywhere in Tulsa in 10 minutes, we're minutes away from all arterial highways.

We usually have LIME scooters on the sidewalk and uber/lyft knows the building well

Walking downtown or to the BOK center is not too bad, would recommend a scooter. This is an area popular with events, so getting around during one of those times can be tricky, but never impossible.
