Great stay. The msjor issie is the smoke hits you right when entering looby to check-in. Staff was awesome and very friendly. Heard live band one night also, which was good entertainment.

They do not offer a complimentary breakfast I was told on the phone they had a free breakfast buffet. They do not. The food was good at thunder restaurant. The hot tub was luke warm and that’s being nice.

We love the property. 3rd time staying here and was able to enjoy the pool! It's amazing to see so many families stay at the hotel with their littles. I do wish there were a few more options for breakfast instead of having to drive further into town.

Got there early asked uf we could eat lunch and then check to see if a room was ready and if not could we go swim while waiting they were so kind and said of course. When we came back they had a room ready it was nice and clean on the 5th floor gave us wrist bands for piol access. Pool area was nice and clean not busy that day but they did come check on some people that didn't have wrist bands and was asked to leave. Nice having bathroom colse and pool bar. Food inside at thunder was good it was our 15 year anniversary just spent the one night but it was enjoyable.

While at the pool my husband had to wash out a piece of poop from the pool, my husband and I both had to save 2 different children from drowning because their parents were not paying attention and the final straw was when we saw a tampon at our feet in the pool while standing at the edge. I showed the pool bar bartender the picture of it. The only way to access the hallway to our room was through the main door. The side door would not unlock with the room key. When I went back to the front to let them know the girl shrugged her shoulders and said "Oh yea its broke." That would have been nice to know at check in before unloading our luggage near the side door! Our room faced the pool on the 1st floor which I was initially happy about until each morning we were awaken to construction workers working on some type of metal frame work with drills at 9 a.m. If we were aware that this was going to be going on we wouldve asked to be on a higher floor and away from the work. We were not made aware of this at check either. In the room itself the area around the smoke detector had damage to it. There is no way to keep drinks or left overs cold in the room because there isnt even a small refrigerator. We have stayed here before without issues but based off of this 2 day stay we will highly likely not stay here again. Very disappointed!

This hotel was very clean. It’s in a casino but you would never know! The pool and hot tub are amazing. There is a poolside bar that makes delicious margaritas!

The room was only mediocre clean, a q-tip was on the floor by sink and they missed it 2 days in a row cleaning. The staff was not friendly, the AC went out in the middle of the night in our rooms, woke up sweating and they only said, we are working on it…I asked them to do something for us since we had to leave at like 7am to go somewhere and sit with AC. She literally just said well sorry, we don’t offer anything to compensate you.
