We were given a room that had a bad mildew smell. The TV didn't work in that room either. We woke up the first night to the whole room flooded. The fridge flooded, the ac flooded and the entire bathroom flooded. They moved us to another room . It was alright. It didn't smell like mold and mildew like the first room. The lady working was nice enough. The guy that worked the night shift was very rude. When we called to tell them the room flooded said ok. And hung up. He never came to check it out. The lady said he didn't make any notes about it either. Would not stay there again.

The bathroom door handle was broken, the ac unit was leaking water onto the carpet keeping the carpet soaked, the outlets didn't work, the fridge was completely frozen, the washer and dryer doesnt work the hot tub never got hot water. I comained multiple times and when they tried to switch me into a different room that room had black mold on the bathroom celing and the smoke detector was completely gone and the tv was a much much smaller way outdated flatscreen. I told them i would rather stay in my original room and to just to give me more towels to soak the water up the night clerk got am attitude over it. Then i found little bags of drugs tucked inside the bible on the night i hac my children with me at this hotel and that is a mjaor issue. When i expressed my concerns i was never offered a refund no instead they offered us 4 cans of soda. I will never ever stay here ever again. The ⅝experience

There were blood stains on the sheets, the carpet was damp near the window, there was hair from someone else on the clean towels, there was some sort of purple glittery goo on the carpet next to a shard of glass, the toilet leaked and ran all night, and a smoke alarm in the hallway chirped all night. The night employee was rude and pressed me to make the deposit in cash. When I handed him the only large bill I had, he was annoyed and told me he couldn’t make change. The morning employee at checkout was very kind though.

The entire hotel reeked of smoke. It was supposed to be a non smoking hotel. Our faucet in our room leaked all over the floor and made a huge mess. The staff was not friendly in the slightest and didn’t seem to care that we ended up cancelling the rest of the hotel and going somewhere else. Also, there was a beer can that spilled in the elevator with a cig in the middle of it. So gross. Never again.
