Beautiful and new house, fully equipped, has 3 beds, 2 full bathrooms, and a half bath downstairs, 2 bedrooms, a big sofa in the living room. The house is located just a block of the c 7 sur (La Veleta, Tulum main street) a couple of blocks from downtown Tulum , and around 13 min. min to the beach by car/scooter/quad bike/bike.

Great pool and nice quiet area

There was everything you needed at the villa for cooking and for your stay in Tulum. We really enjoyed the area it is tucked away in it was a fantastic stay.
