Worst experience ever. Do not recommend at all. This is not even a 1-star property.
1. Non-Functional Toilet and Poor Bathroom Setup: On our 1st night, the toilet in our room did not flush. Instead of fixing it immediately or offering another room, we were handed a toilet plunger and told it could only be repaired the next day. Washrooms not only lack an exhaust fan but also a wash basin. We had to leave the washroom and go across the room to wash our hands which is entirely impractical and unsanitary.
2. Lack of Basic Amenities: No dental kit was provided, which is kind of a standard in 5-star properties.
3. Misrepresentation of “Complimentary Continental Breakfast”: The complimentary breakfast provided was extremely poor and misleading. We were served only 2 slices of bread with jam, a few pieces of fruit, yogurt with granola, juice, and tea. The portion size given for two people was not enough even for one person.
4. Major Maintenance Issue and Flooding
On the 2nd day morning the toilet again stopped functioning. When maintenance arrived to repair it, they broke a pipe, causing our entire room to be flooded with water. They did not care that our suitcases were lying there and would be ruined until we removed them ourselves. We were then forced to use the public restroom, only to discover there was no water supply in the whole property. The whole ordeal took more than 2 hours, where we had to leave the property unbathed and late, forcing us to miss our planned activities.
