The Space:

Designed around open-air living, Palacio Papaya's layout flows naturally from the sunken conversation pit and floor-to-ceiling glass doors of the main living area directly out to the pool and surrounding jungle. Across seven bedrooms sleeping up to twenty guests, the space balances generous communal areas including a dining table for fourteen, a fully equipped kitchen, and a rooftop bar and lounge, with the privacy each room deserves. Whether the group gathers for a sunset session at the yoga palapa, a match on the pickleball court, or a late night at the rooftop bar, the villa is built for both effortless togetherness and quiet retreat.

• Scooters (~$40/day) – Fast & cheap, but less safe

• Taxis (~$25 Villa → Beach Zone) – Convenient but adds up
