** Internet: We have the best Internet provider/service in Tulum; however, in general, the Internet in Tulum is not yet as strong as it would be in larger cities. We are always available and ready to contact the Internet provider if it is not working properly, although we cannot be held responsible for this.

** Noise: Tulum is a developing area and there may be construction around that can cause some noise. Please note, the noise is not all day long, but it can happen without warning.

** Electricity: Electricity in the city of Tulum is provided by the CFE. Although it is rare, it has happened that they cut off the electricity without warning. This circumstance is beyond our control. We will always be available to call CFE if your service fails, although we are not responsible for it.

* Smoking is not permitted inside the building or the apartment (except on the roof). You will be fined if you violate this rule.
