Corrupt property
I didn’t see anything “stained lines” could have been from a previous guest. But on another note my bank did confirm that the charge of $69.48 did in fact link to a company that you do business with. I had to file a dispute. I know for a fact that the only time I used that card was on 11/7 with your agent. The unauthorized charges was also on 11/7. I’m quite upset about that. Also I’m upset that my glasses (worth over $300.00 US)were stolen at your property. I don’t believe an other guest stole’s them. If you attempt to charge me extra, I will peruse legal action against your company. And you should look into your employees for mishandling my credit card and not turning in guest property.
