Worst place in Tulum with company stealing things

If you arrive to this place no ones knows with why which company you booked sine all the apartments long to different companies. So when you arrive for the check in there is no one to welcome you and the apartment is not ready upon your arrival.
Stayed 7 nights in Jan 2020
