Disliked: Cleanliness
The owner and concierge were very pleasant and greeted us upon arrival. Initially, the space felt open and airy, but once we entered the kitchen and living area, several issues stood out. There was an old, rusted dish rack and a dirty mop in the corner. The refrigerator had chipped paint, and in direct sunlight it was clear the cabinet and island doors had not been properly cleaned. The pots and pans were old and worn.The outdoor areas were disappointing. The pool had not been cleaned, with dead insects floating in the water. The outdoor furniture was old, worn, and dirty, including dusty and stained fabric panels. The rooftop furniture was in similar condition, and the hot tub appeared dirty and unpolished. The rooftop room had a strong mold smell, making it unusable.The indoor bedrooms were spacious, but only one of the three beds was comfortable; the others were extremely hard. During our stay, the rooftop door fell off its hinges, though the owner responded quickly and secured it within an hour. The location was convenient, near restaurants and shops. While the owner was kind and responsive, the property was not worth the price, and the photos do not reflect its current condition. Addressing these issues would greatly improve the stay.
