Very nicely appointed and comfortable hotel. Was lucky enough to be able to check in early after a long flight from London. Also free shuttle buses to and from airport and the local station to get into Hong Kong.

Good location, BUT Noisy and loosened rules

Outside of hotel was very loud. Sound of airplane taking off and landing, and to make the problem even worse, sound of people partying outside. Apparently there is a small dining and partying area where people can drink. Either the window should be thicker to prevent noise or make a rule for people not to go crazy after 11pm I can put up with overpriced drinks and snacks, but I would never ever stay in this kind of hotel

View was nice but you can hear every time there is a plane taking off or landing… so can not sleep at all

Cigarete smoke and nice cleaning lady

Everything was great, besides the cigarette smoke smell in our room. Hotels should prohibit guests to smoke ANYWHERE in the premisses. There should not be an option for smoking rooms. Fines should also be pretty steep. This is not our first time in this hotel, and the problem persists. We did have a nice cleaning lady called Cindy helping us as we were trying to pull our many bags through the thick carpets. Thank you again Cindy!!
