Dirty apartment and we had to push the owner to resolve problems
I have arrived on 30th of October at the property at 2AM. I have open my bed sheets and saw hair. I was so tired and I didn’t have to observe as in the morning I had to wake up early. So in the morning I have observed the apartment and I found so many things left overs in the drawers, dirty fridge, dirty oven, there was dirty sponges in my bathroom, and my best surprise used razor with hair on it. There is old soap in the sink of the bath. There is a women old pair of shoes in the laundry room. When I tried to take a shower I found that the only towel that I have is used and dirty. The blanket I supposed to use is also dirty. Living room table – I have never sat there it is dirty with spot marks. There is old teeth brush left in one of the drawers. I’ve contacted the person in the next day and she reply to me that “how come, it is so clean”. So stayed in the apartment one more night. I had to take shower .. so I had to use the only one towel which is looking clean to me as it is orange colour and it was there like hand towel. Today 31st of October (my second day) I have contacted the person we have met in the property. So I had to call translator as she doesn’t speak English. She was still saying that is clean, and after I showed her everything. So she (the owner) told me that she is going to clean the apartment but I need to pay for the cleaner. I wanted to cancel my reservation but she is not willing to refund me. We took pictures if people are interested in seeing how things looked
