Modern one-room loft apartment, located on the ground floor of a building a few steps from the Re Umberto metro stop, convenient location for walking to the city center.



The apartment consists of an open kitchen equipped with coffee maker, microwave oven, dining table; sitting area furnished with a comfortable sofa bed and television; bathroom with shower, equipped with washing machine.

Finally there is a staircase leading to the sleeping area consisting of a bedroom with a queen-size bed, desk and chair.
