Above Vorderlanersbach 3 km from the centre of Tux, 4 km from the centre of Lanersbach, 15 km from the centre of Mayrhofen, on a slope. In the house: ski boot dryer. Steep, narrow motor access to the house (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. 30 m footpath to the house. Parking (for 2 cars). Shop 1.5 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop "Lanersbach Eggalmbahnen/Tux" 1.1 km, railway station "Mayrhofen Bahnhof" 12.6 km, outdoor swimming pool 10 km, indoor swimming pool 2 km. Golf course (18 hole) 30 km, walking paths from the house, cycle lane 10 m, mountain railway 1.5 km, slopes 50 m, ski bus stop 1.5 km, ski school 1.5 km, cross country ski track 1.5 km.
