Quirky, stylish and more than a little bit special, this FAB upside down beach front house could not be closer to the shoreline, just a few paces away through the garden gate and onto the sandy beach!

It is the ideal base for your perfect holiday, summer or winter. If you are into surfing or any other water-sports, this unique property is perfectly located to experience the West Coast of Wales. Once you've ridden the waves, chill out on the patio watching the dolphins play and enjoy the amazing sunsets.

The beach is right in front of the garden and the garden enjoys the sun all day until sunset.
