Airlangga D'sawah was built from 100 year old reclaimed ulin wood sourced from Borneo with antique style Javanese genteng roof tiles.

Antiques from across the Indonesian archipelago, shabby chic design elements, plush bedding & modern western style bathrooms combine to complement this private tropical haven.

the villa has 2 rooms, the ground floor room with pool view while the upstairs room faces the rice fields, rates includes 1xbreakfast set per guest.

The space
The villa accommodates a maximum of 4 adults. **rates are for 2 adults.
Additional guest up to 4 total will include additional cost.

The villa comes with a pool and well tended and private tropical garden for you to enjoy. we have some common South-East Asian fruits & herbs growing amongst all the greenery just ask our staff to point them out if you are interested.

Guests are more than welcome to use the kitchen to prepare meals, the kitchen is equipped with a rice cooker, stove, microwave, blender & utensils. We also have a fridge for guests use and free flow filtered water for drinking.

the villa has 2 "Sanggah" -Balinese Hindu Altars that are part of the villa we kindly ask that you respect this sacred area. If you wish to participate in the daily "membanten" offering ritual our staff are more than happy to show you.

Please note: We are located in a working & living Balinese rice farming village which comes with the usual sounds of a village such as local traffic, temple music, children playing, roosters, barking dogs as well as bird & insect calls.
***If you are sensitive to noise then we are not a suitable option for you, kindly book somewhere else

Being an open style villa you will also encounter local wildlife such as bees and butterflies, birds, bats, geckos, skinks and frogs and the occasional stray cat.
***Plz bear these facts in mind before booking to stay with us, if you don’t like to interact with local wildlife we are not a suitable option for you .

Checkout time strictly before 11.00am.
Check in time is strictly after 3.00pm.

If you’re arriving later than 7pm plz contact us directly to discuss check in options.
We do not have a self check in system at the villa so please contact me prior to booking. Thank you

Guest access
Guests have the villa all to themselves, our friendly staff will come in the morning to prepare your breakfast (at a pre-agreed time between 8am-11am) clean the villa and tend to the garden.

They are very discreet and will respect your privacy please inform them if you do not require your rooms to be cleaned.

We have a strict non-smoking policy! If you’re a smoker we ask that you smoke outside the villa thank you, we have a bench and day bed situation outside the villa for smokers.

***Unfortunately we are not suitable for families with young children under 8 years old, for safely reasons this is non-negotiable sorry!

Other things to note
Strictly no-smoking allowed inside the villa - this is a wooden house so please beware of the danger! We have a bench and a Day bed located outside the villa which is our designated smoking area kindly smoke here.

Breakfast is served between 8am to 11am daily and prepared on site. Plz confirm your breakfast order with the villa Manager the day before and our staff will come in the morning an hour before your chosen breakfast time to prepare your meal for you.
