Overall a really nice and new place. Very nicely done - and the on-site staff are great.
What makes my experience less than perfect is the communication. I received messages from a bunch of different numbers - all of them in charge of something different. That meant that it was impossible for me to know who to contact for cleaning etc. And replies was always very late. That communication structure makes absolutely NO sense. Only the on-site staff seemed to be proactive. You need to have a single point of contact whatever the issue.
