The place is pleasant, but be aware that there are no blackout curtains, so my room was very bright early in the morning, which made it hard to sleep in. I spoke with the staff, who were incredibly nice and understanding. They accepted my request to cancel and refunded me as well—much appreciated! Thanks for that.
