Centrally located near the shore, yet surrounded by greenery, is the 58 m2 sized holiday apartment "Munding" in the bright basement of a building on a hillside.



The comfortably furnished flat has a living room with sofa and corner seat as dining area, a well-equipped kitchenette with 2 hotplates, microwave, fridge/freezer and coffee machine, a bedroom with a queen size bed as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet and offers space for 2 persons.



The equipment also includes a television with satellite reception, a game collection and radio/CD player.



You will particularly enjoy the enchanting outdoor area with its own garden, sun terrace with sunbeds and another dining area as well as a barbecue. The view reaches down to the deep blue Lake Constance and will make you forget the everyday life quickly.

The railway station in Überlingen is about 550 m or 8 minutes on foot - on request the host will also organise a transfer.



Parking spaces are available on the property, and there is also a parking facility for bicycles.
