Praktische Wohnung in guter Lage

Die 1-Zi. Wohnung mit sep. Bad und Küche ist praktisch eingerichtet. Hauptkritikpunkt ist der etwas ältere, hochflorige Teppichboden, der für viel Staub sorgt - für Allergiker nicht ideal. Bad und Küche waren in Ordnung und sauber. Die Lage - leicht am Hang, 5 Min. zum See, 15 Minuten zum Ostbad bzw. 20 Minuten zur Promenade ist praktisch. Der Balkon nach Südosten erlaubt Frühstücken in der Sonne und abends ist es angenehm temperiert - kein Hitzestau im Sommer.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis schlecht

Positiv: die Lage, Größe der Wohnung, Größe Balkon Negativ: schlecht gereinigte Wohnung, von einer einer großzügigen Dusche (wie angegeben) kann nun wirklich nicht die Rede sein, lockere Steckdosen, kein Wlan.
