The spacious, high-quality 5-star holiday apartment "Chiemsee Sonne" with mountain views is only 8 minutes by bike from Lake Chiemsee in an idyllic location on the outskirts of Übersee.
The apartment is on the first floor and offers you a spacious, light-flooded living and dining area with fireplace, large balcony and mountain view. The wood for the stove is provided free of charge.
In addition to the large bedroom with mountain views, there is a lovingly furnished children's room with a bunk bed. The spacious kitchen has its own small balcony. Here you will not only find an extensive range of basic spices, vinegar, oil, kitchen rolls etc .; Espresso machine, oven, dishwasher and microwave are of course also available.
The bathroom is equipped with a rain shower, a corner bath, two sinks and a toilet. A separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer and a separate (guest) toilet also belong to the apartment.
On the ground floor you will find a large wooden sauna for 4 people and a shelf for your skis or Storage room for bicycles available. You are also welcome to borrow sledges from us.

The garden equipment includes a large table with four chairs, two sun loungers and a parasol; there is also a grill and a fireplace. A large trampoline with a high-quality safety net is also available for children.

From the apartment "Chiemsee-Sonne" you can go on many hikes and bike tours in Chiemgau. The Chiemsee circular route leads directly past the entrance to "Übersee". To the Chiemsee itself you cycle only 8 minutes or walk about 25 minutes.
Many mountains such as the Kampenwand, the Hochgern, the Hochplatte and the Hochfelln are right on the doorstep. In addition to the Chiemsee, there are many other smaller lakes in the Chiemgau within a short driving distance.
