A few minutes walk from the food market with bakery, water tread, house of the guest with tourist information. Adjacent game reserve, garden, lawn with swimming pond for sharing. Use of the sauna for an additional fee. The apartment would be newly built and furnished in 2017.

Eine sehr schöne und zweckmäßig eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in einem sehr gepflegten Haus. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist optimal gelegen für Ausflüge ins Rothauser Land. Komme gerne wieder.

Review

Im Grunde war das Apartment schön und die Vermieter nett. In der Küche sollte man nicht allzu viel vorhaben. Die Ausstattung des Kochgeschirrs ist für zwei Personen schon etwas klein. Kleinkram wie Öl, Salz und sogar Schwamm, Spüli und Mülltüten sollte man selbst dabei haben. Mit 20 Euro pro Saunanutzung bis zu 3 Stunden fanden wir die Gebühr etwas zu hoch. Begründet wurde das mit einer Reinigung, die angeblich nach jeder Nutzung erfolgen sollte. Das konnten wir so nicht bestätigen und wäre ja auch nicht nötig. Allerdings ist das Saunahaus und die Umgebung wirklich sehr schön. Für uns war es ein schöner Ort zum Abschalten und Ruhe genießen.

Nette Vermieter, alle Wünsche wurden sofort erfüllt, schöne Wohnung, tolle Umgebung und sehr zentral für Ausflüge, auch mit Bus und Bahn gut zu erreichen.

Einfach klasse!

Die Vermieter sind total nett, die Whg ist gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr über die ruhige Lage gefreut. Kleine Wanderungen sind vom Haus aus möglich oder ein bisschen mit dem Auto anfahren, z.B. zur Wutachschlucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)).

Fijne gastheer en -vrouw, leuk appartement

We hebben met veel plezier twee weken in het kleinste appartement doorgebracht. De ligging is zeer centraal in het zuidelijke Zwarte Woud, de woning is goed schoon en Ursula en Enrique zijn hele fijne verhuurders. Houd er rekening mee dat de kookgelegenheid beperkt is, voor het bereiden van een ontbijt of eenvoudige maaltijd is het keukentje prima. Je kijkt uit op een hertenkamp en loopt daar ook zo naar toe, vanuit de tuin. Het natuurzwembadje in de tuin is heerlijk. Wij komen graag nog eens terug. Suzan en Richard

Tolles Ambiente, schöne Lage, sehr nette Vermieter

Die Ferienwohnung ist wunderschön und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, hell, geräumig, modern und gemütlich. Westbalkon mit Blick auf ein großes Wildgehege. Eine einzige kleine Einschränkung war die Mini-Küchenecke mit dem sehr kleinen Kühlschrank, in den bei den hochsommerlichen Temperaturen dieses Jahres keine mittlere Wasserflasche mehr passte, wenn man schon die Lebensmittel für das Frühstück dort untergebracht hatte.
