The real heart of the house, however, are the two verandas. The one on the front, sunny and overlooking the sea, is equipped as a solarium: a perfect corner for relaxing under the blue sky, sipping an aperitif at sunset or simply enjoying the spectacular view that embraces the horizon. At the back, a second covered veranda, also with sea view, is furnished with elegant garden furniture, offering an intimate and pleasant space to share meals or relax in the shade, surrounded by the tranquility of the landscape.

For check in and check out outside the indicated time slot, at the request of the customer, and subject to acceptance, an additional cost is required:
- for check-ins after 20:30 and until 22:00 extra cost of euro 30.00;
- for check-ins from 22:00 to 0:00 extra cost of euro 50.00;
- for checks in from midnight to 7:00 euro 100.00.
For early check-outs, at the request of the customer and subject to acceptance, an extra cost of euro 30.00 is required from 6 to 8.
