Refurbished Mollymook beach house near surf. Two lounge areas, large entertaining deck. Walk to Golf Club & beach. Ocean breezes.
The Space:
Beautifully refurbished family beach house located near Mollymook Beach. There is plenty of room for everyone with 2 lounge areas both with TV's and an additional kitchenette off the lounge area downstairs. The large entertaining deck at the side of the house provides plenty of room with outside furniture to entertain friends and family or just to laze around in the sun. The property has one BBQ on the patio and the back yard is fully fenced. There is plenty of off street parking for 4 cars (Please note the garage is not available). Only a short stroll across the road to Mollymook Beach, close to Mollymook Golf Club, Mollymook Bowling Club and Mollymook Shops. Plenty of everything for everyone to all enjoy whilst on holidays.
Important Notes:
- Linen is NOT provided at this property. Please bring your own, or alternatively, contact our office for hire details.
- Strictly no pets
- Everyday items such as rubbish bags, cleaning products, soap, toilet paper etc are also not provided.
- This property has a strict 'no party policy' and guests must be over the age of 21 when booking this property.
- Strictly no schoolies, bucks or hens parties these type of bookings will be cancelled
- Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed under Terms & Conditions.
