- This property has a strict no pet policy.

- Please do not book if you are a party, hens/bucks or school leavers group. These types of bookings will be cancelled.

- Linen and towels are provided for you stay, just be sure to pack your own beach towels.

- The wood-burning fireplace pictured is decommissioned and not useable.

- The retractable awning on the top deck is not available for guest use.
