Wouldn’t bother with this one

People were lovely but very over priced. Certainly not the luxury they suggest. Bathroom/shower very old and run down. Tv was too old so no Netflix etc. everything had an extra charge warning, including taking a towel from one bedroom to the other. Extra charges warning if someone was to visit etc. Breakfast was sooo bad (included) but I still went elsewhere. Didn’t even have a coffee machine. No bar for drinks.

This stay was a series of terrible customer Service situations one after another. They messed up our reservations we paid $200 per night for 3 nights and they agreed to switch our reservation till Thursday but when it came to it they couldn’t follow thru with their promise and screwed us and still charged us . Then at dinner they completely forgot about us and didn’t bring our apetsiser till 45 minutes later when we grabbed their attention . We decided to leave after that without dinner and they still charged us $135 usd for food we never received or ate . Terrible service terrible staff our honeymoon got off to a terrible start no thanks to these uneducated unsympathetic staff . They have no care for their guest and we overpaid for rudeness . Stay away at all cost!!!! Terrible customer service /none existent. On a unrelated note this hotel also isn’t near anythinggggg your better off staying anywhere else . Somewhere where hospitality is valued .

Nice view and cleanliness of the room is good. Free transport to and fro to airport. Half an hour to town. Really chill and relaxation place to stay.

Trevligt villa hotell

Lugnt och trevligt hotell. Stort rum med egen pool. Lite konstigt dock med helt tom restaurang kl 20 på kvällen. Hotellet had inte många gäster iom lågsäsong. Bra om man har småbarn eller bara vill ta det lugnt. Lite jobbigt att om de ordnar taxi eller annat så duger enbart cash.

More privacy in the toilet

The villa is great. Staff very friendly. Not the best location, but 15min from the heart of Uluwatu with a scooter. The only real complaint is the toilet. There is only a glass door separating the room and the toilet, so….. there is no privacy at all. That is very unpleasant, specially for couples that are not that intimates, or for people who already have evacuation difficulties.

Rust

Het ziet er precies uit zoals op de foto's van Internet. Er hangt een enorm rustige sfeer, het leek soms wel of we alleen waren maar dat was niet zo! Voor een paar dagen rust is het dus perfect. Omdat de locatie verder van de hoofdweg ligt moet je een beetje een donker stuk door om Airis te bereiken. Je moet dus een scooter hebben of taxi's regelen als je iets wil ondernemen. Dit is sowieso wel nodig in Uluwatu. Verder is het personeel erg behulpzaam, zoals het regelen van transfers/taxi's, reserveren bij restaurants, iets nodig op de kamers etc. ze gaan er gelijk mee aan de slag! Er is een gevarieerd menu aanwezig, het eten was ook erg goed! Het enige minpunt is dat de houten vlonders rondom het zwembad misschien aan vervanging toe zijn. Maar over het algemeen een super verblijf gehad! :)
