Everything was awesome except the front desk service. Check-in host was a bit curt. The checkout host was even more rude having an attitude and not even saying thank you or any type of acknowledgement.

The property needs to change their bath towels. I can hear all of the noises from all of the vehicles from the road, even the room next to my room when they flush. You can wake someone up with the flush. Etc.

The room was nice, the staff helpful, location is not the best, if you have to walk, safe area but kinda poor urban zone. Stores close early. The commute to New York is extraordinary, the mini van is a quick service to be in time square and NJ transit has also a bunch of 24hrs options.

The room doesn't match the picture shown during the booking. The room provided to me is very close main traffic and there is a lot of noise even window is closed. No slippers are provided and you have to bring or buy your own slippers. They will ask for 100$ deposit when you check in. The breakfast only contains toast, coffe and juice, that's all, which is not silimiar to Super 8 in other places. But generally the room is clean and well equipped.

The hotel staff are all professional and the rooms are always clean and everything is working. The location is good with access to New York Coty and the parking was safe
