Very disappointing communication from the host. The host was not responsive at all despite multiple messages. We needed to add a few more people and reached out several times but received no response. The host only replied on the day when cancellation without fees was no longer possible. This caused unnecessary stress and poor experience overall. Better communication is definitely needed.
Stayed 2 nights in Dec 2025
