This condo is on the grounds of Whitecap Mountain Ski Resort in Upson, WI. Multi-use 4BR/3BA Ski-In/Ski-Out Chalet. Ski, Snowboard, Ride the Trials from your door [both Snowmobile and ATV]. Visit Lake Weber beach, go fishing, or boat, canoe, kayak, or SUP on the no-wake lake - a few minute walk. With 2 queen beds, 2 full beds, and 4 twin beds, this retreat sleeps 12 [Newer tempurpedic mattress']. Large changing/storage area for the ski/snowboard/snowmobile/ATV gear. WiFi, mini-split AC, Kuerig coffee maker, wood fireplace with a supply of wood. Full kitchen and dining area and a back deck overlooking the ski hill [this is just up from the magic carpet and directly on the ski hill]. Did I mention the in-unit sauna? Oodles of must-do options in the area, including 30+ waterfalls and 6 historic light houses within an hour drive. Just minutes to Hurley and Ironwood, the gateway to Upper Michigan. NOTE: POOL & HOT TUB additional $5/person use fee.

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Turn all thermostats [8 of them] off in the Summer and set to 50 degrees in freezing temps
There is a switch for the water heater in the gear room in the lower level [it is labeled]. Please switch the water heater off
There is a water shut off for the outside spigot in the basement bedroom that has the utility room. If you turned on the spigot to wash ATV's or whatever, please turn off the outdoor water.

Whitecap Mountain Get away

Really nice location for a northern get away.Views are beautiful. They even had a mini marathon leave from the property when we were there. We came up to use the utv trails and great parking and access to the trails.
