The should have air conditioning units, inside rooms are hot, windows open makes it loud; rooms on outside are a little cooler with window open but very loud, hard to sleep. Inside room required maintenance. Walk way entrance is rough and a ramp should be added in foyer to move luggage

For the price, this is an old and not well maintained hotel. The room was old, dirty, with a tiny bathroom, even with a high priced room. Staff are nice and doing the best they can with what they have. It seems that management does not care.

Enjoyed the stay, the room was very warm and when opening the window to let in the fresh air the street below was active at all hours of the night. The room was clean and well kept. The hotel is centrally located and convenient to everything including the boats heading to the Antarctica. Would recommend for convenience.

Todo increíble, camas muy cómodas! El desayuno se torna aburrido después de varios días, pero tiene lo básico. El spa muy bueno. Lo único es que decía que la habitación tenía aire acondicionado y no tiene, por el clima del lugar hay días que no lo amerita pero sería bueno aclararlo, únicamente tiene calefacción.
