Los Acebos was an excellent hotel stay, and we are glad we chose it. The room was comfortable, clean, and had an amazing view of Ushuaia and the harbor. The staff was all very helpful and friendly, and I really appreciated that they handled bookings for our transport from the airport, and later to meet our cruise. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety of food and was well-kept, and the hotel's bar was a good option for a light meal later in the day. The shuttle to town and back was so useful, allowing us to stay a bit out of town in a quiet location without having to rent a car. It was a great stay all around.

Ore first night there we had dinner at their restaurant! With in an hour after returning to our room I got violently sick from food poisoning! I threw up all night and most of the next morning. When I told them about it they just blew me off like it was no big deal! They offered no help, compensation or anything! I would never stay there again!

We loved the location and facilities of this hotel. It must have been recently renovated. We would have preferred not to have been on the ground floor but despite this it was still a lovely outlook (into the bushes and garden and some water glimpses). We loved the fact that we could have a drink in the bar / dinner in the restaurant with gobsmacking beautiful view of Ushuaia. The food and service was good too. I just wish hotels could give guests tea and coffee facilities in the room... it cannot be hard surely.

The view is fantastic. However, the staffs working there is not very good. They failed to deliver our luggage to cruise ship collection point even though they promised they will do and we checked with them 3 times to make sure this would happen. They will not seat you at dining room even though the dining room is almost empty. They charged my credit card for hotel stay even though we already paid at time of booking. Now, I have to take time to figure out how to get a refund. I am not very happy about this experience.

This hotel was excellent for a three day stay in Ushuaia! The view of the city and the channel was awesome, the room was clean and comfortable, and the restaurant was good (but so is the food in town, so recommend going into town for dinner a time or two as well). The breakfast that was included was also very good. The staff I dealt with were all very friendly and helpful as well. The hotel does offer a shuttle, but it quits running kind of early so I was glad to have a car....downtown Ushuaia is a bit far for most folks to walk, and the trip back to the hotel is all uphill. Parking is very convenient if you do have a car. There is also a nice set of hiking trails right next to the property that made for an enjoyable few hours. All told I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, and would definitely consider staying here again.

Very nice operation. The food options were very good, the room was nice, and the staff very helpful. Taxis showed up within a few minutes of the front desk requesting them.

Far from city.

Hotel was supposed to,pick us up at the airport- they didn’t show up and didn’t answer their phone. Took $40 cab ride- showed lady at check in desk the email- she just shrugged. Hotel is far from city-but pretty view. There is a shuttle to edge of city- we took it once, but the time to come back didn’t work for us- another cab ride. Takes 4-5 requests before they fix anything- safe didn’t work- heat wouldn’t turn off- no clean towels. Food is good at restaurant and bar And Wi-Fi is good. Room was clean. The lack of service and location are the main negatives.
