The property is beautiful, great location, decor, amenities, it really is the best place to stay in Ushuaia. The staff is realty nice, polite, very helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable, the only problem we had the first night was to figure out that there was a blackout curtain behind two other curtains, I wish we were informed as it was a little uncomfortable to sleep with the windows uncovered when it gets dark at midnight and light at 5 am. One other suggestion to make the stay perfect is for the restaurant to serve the food faster as it took quite a long time after ordering for the food to arrive.
