The property is lovely and the staff was friendly. However, we could not get the A/C to work in our room despite having a repairman come up. Also, the pillows seemed old and lumpy. Finally, they charged us a resort fee of about $15/day on top of a $45/day fee for parking plus taxes -- way more than Expedia quoted when we booked. So not happy with their pricing.

My son and I stayed here so he could compete at the Go Pro Games, and it was very conveniently located for his event. Very friendly staff and spacious/clean room. Parking was very expensive, par for the area, but very over-priced in general. Unfortunately we weren't there long enough to enjoy any of the amenities so wish the resort fee could have been waived since we didn't use anything other than our room.

My friend and I went to Vail for a girl's getaway. We had a room with a mountain view and fireplace, which we loved! Ours also came with the free bottle of wine! It was very clean, the staff was nice, and it was very quiet! The beds were comfy and we were able to walk everywhere, but there was a shuttle if we didn't feel like walking. Great experience! We will be back!

From the check in, beginning with Billy our doorman & valet - to the end of our trip, top notch service was provided in this beautiful hotel - which is conveniently located to Vail Village and the Ford amphitheater.

This hotel was so great. Staff was very friendly and we got a room the day of. The charm was there for sure and we had a late night in the lobby with the fireplace on. They also recommended Magustos and that was a good call since a lot of local restaurants close by 9p.
