Great location!!!

We stay here for two nights as part of our 2 week EU trip! Absolute best location for us!withe the ski lift, the rental place was right beside hotel along with a great spot to eat, made everything super easy! (make reservations) the staff was accommodating, had great recommendations, was able to get all 5 of us into the spa for massages, and we all enjoyed the pool/sauna/ relaxation areas after being on the MTN. We had two suites and absolutely can’t wait to plan a longer ski trip here! We paid the extra to park in garage, 18 euros and it was nice to have a ready to go car from the ice/snow! Thanks for making our trip great!

2nd time we’ve been it’s an excellent hotel with the ski lifts right outside and a lovely pool and jacuzzi to relax in after a hard days skiing what more could you ask for!

Superb hotel

Another fantastic stay at this hotel this time in a family suite. Very spacious with a lovely big balcony. The only small problem was a lack of hot water in the bathroom so showers were lukewarm. Pool/spa was very nice if a little busy. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Overall great. The staff was nice but at times unable to assist and the terms of the booking were well below market. Our experience was tainted by a post-stay attempt to charge us for "not cleaning the room before leaving" which was very unfortunate (although the request was promptly withdrawn).

Great Location

We were on a skiing trip as a family and took the self catering option. Accommodation was very adequete for a family of 6 and the proximity to the ski slopes could not have been better. You can ski right in to the hotel and the lockers provided for ski equipment were sizeable, enough for six people. Chair Lifts were within 2 minutes walk, and coupled with the ski-in facility made the sometimes laborious morning and evening effort of getting to/from the slopes a doddle. The only down side was the limited number of restaurants and Supermarkets nearby (nearest decent Supermarket 15 minutes by car). Food in the hotel was decent but pricy for a family of six. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Snow and Spa Luxury

This hotel could not be better situated! If you are lucky enough to have a room facing the slopes you can see the whole mountain covered in fresh snow every morning. The staff are amazing and very helpful with everything. There is a ski hire shop basically attached to the hotel which makes skiing even more accessible. With a boot room attached to the slopes, it is the most ideal hotel for the lazy skier. I couldn't fault this hotel at all! Loved our trip so much!

Nice hotel, but don't be in a rush!

The rooms were very nice, and the location at the bottom of the main lift is very handy! Service is very friendly and reception staff lovely, but complete opposite in restaurant. 1 hour to receive a starter in the restaurant, which came out wrong was completely unacceptable. Breakfast staff were also slow and disinterested. Great hotel, just don't expect any of the catering staff to help you out.

Nice quiet place

Nice, very quiet place, friendly staff, so a very pleasant week all together. The restaurant is closed in summer with only snacks available, which is not optimal. Before giving St Charles a five stars lifetime award, I would like to test it again in winter when more crowded.
