Discover the charm of the Alpes-Maritimes and the Côte d’Azur! We’re a Swiss/French family living in Valbonne, and we’re delighted to welcome you to our house while we’re away, so you can enjoy a relaxing stay in this beautiful region.

Our house, beautifully built within an old vineyard, can host up to 8 guests and is ideally situated between the mountains, the sea, and many charming villages.

The stunning beaches of the Côte d’Azur are just 15 minutes away, Nice airport is 20 minutes, and the nearest highway entrance is only 5 minutes away.

The picturesque old town of Valbonne is just a 2-minute drive, offering a variety of excellent restaurants, shops, and the famous Friday morning market. Within walking distance from the house, you’ll also find a great bakery, a petrol station with a small shop, the well-known Trattoria Quattro with delicious pizzas, several other restaurants, and public transport with multiple bus lines.

The 160 m² house features a bright, open, modern kitchen fully equipped with an induction stove, refrigerator with ice dispenser and filtered water, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, steamer, microwave, and oven.

• Office space with 32’’ curved screen and standing desk
• Bedroom with 160x200 cm double bed
• Large bathroom with bath, shower, and toilet

Independent Studio (20 m²):
With its own entrance, the studio features a kitchen, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, 140cm double bed, air conditioning and Smart TV. Perfect for a couple or a small family.

Please note that the house and studio are not wheelchair accessible, and the pool cover is not for guest use. For safety, the pool is equipped with an alarm system (Norme NF P90-307 1).
