Located in the heart of Salamanca, you cannot find a better location than this in Madrid. 100% walkable area, the best boutiques and restaurants near by, beautiful property, excellent warm service and great breakfast. Totally recommended!

Great location, luxurious, rooms snug, bad service

Prime location in Barrio de Salamanca, its clean, nice and luxurious. Great breakfast. Rooms are quite smaller than advertised, service is sub par, if you can avoid Hotel staff your experience will improve. Good for short trips with little luggage.

Personal experience and expectations

The hotel is nice, but not meet the expectations for a five-star rating. The lobby and decoration did not match the anticipated standard. The hotel is too expensive compared to other four-star hotels in the area that are in better condition. We expectated more luxurious amenities.
