The room itself was not clean enough. The walls in the bathroom had not been cleaned in a while with lines of grime coming down. I slept in my clothes. The ac didnt work and it looked like the place had a fire recently as the ac unit was damaged. The outside of the building was looking run down with holes in the vinyl and there was a spot with melted vinyl because of a fire or some intense heat. It had not been fixed. Overall if you looking for a place and done mind the uncleanliness it would be a good spot, but for the 250$ a night i paid i expect more.

The mattresses were like a 50$ TEMU special, clearly very old, you could feel every spring. We ended up squishing at a family members house instead of staying here another night. Outrageous to charge 200$ a night for the worst sleep of my life. The AC was also loud and barely working.

The hotel asked me if I would be late for a checkin. I was going to be quite late, and I mentioned so. He gave me a code to check in and instructions. When I arrived, there was nothing as per the instructions there. After wasting time with kids in tow, I rang their door bell. Someone was sleeping at the reception who woke up. I mentioned the code and other details. He gave me a room key and went back to sleep. After struggling again, I said there is no such room. He said I was misinformed about the room number and took my details again. He said I hadn't been checked in. He just gave me someone else's key! Then after checking me in, he gave me the room keys again. They didnt work! I went back again, rang the bell, he woke up, switched the lights on, and this time I asked him to come with me to the room. He fixed the key card and led us to the room. This check in process took over an hour! The room was okay. Breakfast was neglible. The shower curtains were dirty with human hair!

Our stay was bery comfortable. Beds were firm but not hard and pillows as well. The room was very clean. The continental breakfast was good. I would recommend this hotel.ha
