Very friendly staff

Friendly staff, good breakfast. The AC didn't work properly (noisy and not much cold air), but I reported it when I left and they promised to look into it. A bit overdecorated. Near metro.

Nice design but fail in execution

We stayed for one night the location is good and the hotel stuff is amazing. I would have given 3 stars but I gave 4 because of the stuff. There were 2 problems in the room. First the central a.c. was not powerful enough as a result the room was unpleasantly warm which made our sleep difficult. The second was the bathroom. There was a bathtub with no curtain. We didn't want to take a bath so every time we took a shower the whole bathroom would flood there was water everywhere.

Weekend in toulouse in a design hotel

We had a room in the inner courtyard which was really nice, quiet an cosy. There was no shower, just a bathtub in the (bed)room. This was unusual and Kind of nice as we were travelling as a couple and enjoyed a bath together before going to bed :)

Mixed experience

Although the hotel was lovely in regards to it's overall design and position. It could have been cleaner and I had a very difficult night when I was woken by a loud and annoying noise that continued on a regular basis. It took over an hour and me having to be very persistent with the night porter for me to be moved. I understand that may have been a language issue, but what was really of concern was her inability to be able to do anything without checking with an off site manager. Very disappointing.

This hotel is all about the bathroom

"Jessica" at the front desk is fantastic! But I would not return or recommend the hotel for the simple reason that the rooms fail to have any door between the bathroom area and the living area! From the entry one gazes in one fell swoop at sink,shower and toilet. ..The hotel enjoys a location close to the theater and across from a really great Irish pub.

J'ai effectué une réservation quelques jours avant mon séjour sur Toulouse et le soir en arrivant j'ai constaté que l'hÎtel était fermé. Je me suis retrouvé à errer dans la ville à minuit, ai pu finalement contacter la plateforme de réservation qui m'a confirmé qu'effectivement l'hÎtel était fermé , merci de l'info aprÚs avoir eu la confirmation de la commande le retrait su paiement etc... on m'a aprÚs divers tergiversation mis en rapport avec un service en ligne soit disant aux états unis pour me rechercher un autre hÎtel. J'ai finalement pu en trouver un en marchant dans la ville un peu avant que la plateforme me rappelle . Bref, cauchemardesque ou burlesque, c'est selon. Mais je suis furieux de cette expérience et j'attends un geste commercial significatif et l'opportunité de pouvoir vous faire part d'un avis plus positif, ou plutÎt d'un véritable avis sur la qualité de l'hÎtel de bains douches de Toulouse

SĂ©jour Ă  Toulouse

Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans cet hotel. L'enregistrement a été un peu laborieux (apprenti ?). Mais ensuite tout a été trÚs bien. Hotel trÚs bien situé surtout que nous assistions à un concert à La Halle aux grains qui se trouve juste à cÎté.

La chambre est mĂȘme mieux en vrai que sur les photos Mais bon... Je pense qu’il est temps de redonner un coup de peinture et de changer quelques objets usĂ©s. La TV ne fonctionne pas super. Pas de mouchoir ,1/4 de rouleau de papier wc... Pas beaucoup de choses dans le mini bar ni cacahuĂšte etc etc et les carreaux ne sont pas faits ... je pense que ces petites choses peuvent ĂȘtre amĂ©liorĂ©es.

Super service et accueil au Top.

Super accueil. SĂ©jour d’une semaine complĂšte avec service au stop. Seul bĂ©mol la chambre donnant cĂŽtĂ© rue un peu bruyante jusqu’a Ce que la circulation diminue.

Un hÎtel design, mais trÚs mal insonorisé J' ai passé 2 nuits horribles sinon les prises sont pas pratique, ma télécommande tv ne fonctionnait pas. Le lendemain pas de nouveau gel douche j'ai dû faire avec le fond de la veille. Dommage car le personnel est professionnel et aimable.
