Everything's great

The accommodation is very spacious and well-equipped. The host was always available to help us. The price-to-quality ratio is fair. Bus and tram stops are right in front of the accommodation, which is a big advantage.Highly recommended! :)

Si bien es verdad que es un bar que se ha adaptado, el lugar estaba limpio y era cómodo. Fueron muy amables y estuvieron muy pendientes de lo que pudiéramos necesitar, sin duda repetiríamos.

Está en un bar

Se trata de un antiguo bar con camas (bar "Reyes"). Estás a pie de calle.Puede ser una opción para gente joven que sólo necesiten pasar la noche (especialmente gente que vaya de fiesta puede estar bien). Para descansar en familia no es la mejor opción dado que está expuesto a los ruidos nocturnos de la calle (gente que pasa, coches... Se siente bastante desde la cama. Lo veo recomendable para gente joven que busque un alojamiento económico.

Outstanding host

The host went above and beyond to help whenever never necessary. Even in the most inconvenient time, the host was willing to assist me. The residence is conveniently located to local transportation and food.

It was comfortable

We knew it is not a luxurious accommodation so we accepted it from the beginning as it is for a very low cost. It is confortable for being well-served by transport and groceries, it is near the city centre. It needs only to be arranged.

It's cheap and very basic (NB no WiFi). It suited our stay as we were rarely there. If you want something more then read the other reviews and you'll probably want to look elsewhere.

Der Besitzer war zwar nett, aber Unterkunft, Umgebung, die Nachtruhe wirklich katastrophalen Erlebnisse. Die leute draußen sind bis zwei Uhr auf der Straße wach und schrecklich laut, sodass wir auf der Straße sitzen. Nie WIEDER.. schade!

Horrible experiencia

En primer lugar la aplicación no hace bien la reserva, la intención era ir cuatro personas pero la reserva se hizo solo para una persona.Por otro lado, es una auténtica vergüenza que permitan poner en el apartamento que tiene cocina cuando solo tiene un microondas.A parte de esto, tampoco es un apartamento, es un bar en el que han puesto unas camas.El barrio tampoco es muy seguro, solo pasamos una noche pero dejamos el coche con miedo de que pudiera pasar algo, aunque afortunadamente no pasó.Además de engañar en el anuncio, el propietario nos engañó una segunda vez al ir al apartamento, ya que le dijimos que en esas condiciones no podíamos quedarnos y se comprometió a devolver os parte de la reserva, cosa que ha sido falsa.En resumen, 800 de reserva para diez días de los que solo usamos una noche y porque ya no teníamos otra alternativa.Vergonzoso todo, no recomendable para nada, ni el apartamento ni el personal que lo gestiona.

El anfitrión comunicativo y amable pero el lugar sucio olía mal era desagradable permanecer ahí frustrante ocaciones discusión con el reto de la familia mi hijo mayor tuvo que regresar por no soportaba el mal olor el calor y condiciones del lugar

Très déçu d'avoir loué cette "appartement"!! À notre arrivée très surpris de passer par une porte de garage, et une odeur de renfermé à l'intérieur. Aucune isolation (rue très fréquenté donc l'impression d'avoir les passants /voiture qui traverse l'appartement) Aucun volets donc pas d'obscurité la nuit Indiquée 2 chambre mais nous arrivons direct sur une grande pièce avec des lits. Salle de bain à refaire intégralement ! Cuisine pas équipée pour cuisiner soit même(uniquement micro ondes), pas de table pour manger, seulement un bar avec 2 tabouret et c'est un appartement pou5 pers.... Électricité à refaire (voir pas au norme) Denrées alimentaires (gâteau, café...) a dispo mais périmé. Du matériel de travaux stocké dans des recoins. ECT...... L'appartement à besoin d'énormement de travaux pour être bien ! Je conseil vivement aux propriétaires de les faire !!! On essayé d'être un minimum dans l'appartement car pas du tout chaleureux !!!! DOMMAGE POUR NOUS.
