Realize this is truly a huge property, with over 300 m² of interior space and 180 m² of outdoor garden and sun deck space. It is recently renovated and eco-friendly, running on green solar energy! Feel free to enjoy all the amenities, including updated kitchen, 2 new bathrooms, a pro pool table, a foosball table, an Xbox X and retro Nintendo gaming, a well equipped fitness room, and a 166” Ultra 4K cinema home theater with Dolby Surround Sound. There is a garden courtyard (the Zen Zone) with bamboo lounge chairs and BBQ grill (with table and umbrella) to enjoy sunny Valencia. I just added a jacuzzi outdoor pool to the Zen Zone with space for 4 - 5 people! Upstairs there is also a sun deck with lounge chairs, hammocks and palm tree views. Welcome!
