We enjoyed our stay at Novotel Valencia. The service was excellent. We got two rooms with a connecting door, which was very convenient with children. The furnishings were modern, and the hotel's location was excellent. The breakfast buffet was plentiful.

A parte qualche piccola incomprensione iniziale dovuta al fatto che l'albergo avesse appena aperto tutto il resto è stato positivo. Comoda alla metro ed al rio, walking distance dal centro, vicinissimo al centro commerciale (che torna utile per ogni necessita, bar ristoranti farmacia..). Personale gentile ed ottima la colazione

Renoviertes Hotel mit guter Anbindung an den Flughafen und in die Stadt. U-Bahn und Busse, auch Fahrradleihstation direkt vor der Türe. Turia-Park 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Man kann in die Stadt laufen, ca. 20 Minuten. Sehr nettes Einchecken dank Carolina. Familienzimmer war gut, nicht sehr groß, mit Ausziehcouch, da wir nur zum Schlafen da waren, ok. Das Frühstück wirklich sehr gut, dauernd wird bis zum Ende alles frisch aufgefüllt, tolles, frisches Obst, viel Brotauswahl, gesunde Ecke, Säfte, warme Speisen, auf jeden Fall für jeden etwas vorhanden. Sehr nettes Personal. Bar, Restaurant, Fitnessraum vorhanden. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden.

Hotel ristrutturato recentemente. E’ perfettamente allineato agli ottimi standard qualitativi della catena a cui appartiene. Personale disponibile e posizione ideale se si vuole visitare il centro di Valencia. Colazione a buffet strepitosa. Situato di fianco ad una fermata della metropolitana.

Wir hatten die Gelegenheit, in einem neu eröffneten Hotel zu übernachten, das erst seit Februar2025 geöffnet ist. Unser Aufenthalt war insgesamt positiv, aber es gab auch ein paar Punkte, die verbessert werden könnten. Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend! Direkt nebenan befindet sich ein großes Shoppingmall sowie zahlreiche Restaurants, was die Auswahl an Essensmöglichkeiten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sehr angenehm macht. Die Metro- und Busstation sind ebenfalls direkt vor dem Hotel, und das Stadtzentrum ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar – ideal für Sightseeing und Erkundungen. Das Hotel selbst überzeugt mit einem schönen, modernen Design, das einladend wirkt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war wirklich super – eine große Auswahl an frischen und leckeren Speisen, die den Tag perfekt beginnen lassen. Leider gab es ein großes Manko während unseres Aufenthalts: Die Klimaanlage in unserem Zimmer funktionierte nicht. Es war sehr unangenehm, da die Zimmertemperatur ohne Klimaanlage auf 27 Grad stieg. Wir mussten die Fenster offen lassen, was zu einer gewissen Lärmbelästigung führte. Das Personal war jedoch sehr bemüht und bot uns ein anderes Zimmer an. Leider trat das gleiche Problem auch dort nach wenigen Stunden auf, und der Servicetechniker konnte den Schaden nicht beheben. Insgesamt würde ich dem Hotel eine Bewertung von 8 geben. Es hat viel Potenzial und bietet viele positive Aspekte, aber die Probleme mit der Klimaanlage trüben den Gesamteindruck etwas.

Un desastre

Recien inaugurado y algunos servicios aun por abrir (terraza rooftop, bar de copas, jardines piscina). Deberian avisar por adelantador de este tema. Durante el tiempo de desayuno, cafeteria cerrada. Personal poniendo ganas pero aun muy verdes. Retraso en el check in por problemas con el ordenador. Un dia para que me solucionaran un problema de limpieza. Aun espero me envien la factura por email. Para colmo me olvide en la habitacion un libro y…de momento…nadie sabe de el. Pewtendian que volviera en 2-3 dias. Si no estaban listos para abrir, mejor seguir cerrados.
