Clean equipped apartment

Well equipped clean 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment. Located about 10 minute walk from old historical town and restaurants. Grocery around the corner. Manager very responsive to questions and dropped off a coffee pot when the current one failed. There’s an elevator to the apartment, private roof top deck included, walk up 1 flight stairs with views of nearby rooftops. Good internet. We enjoyed our 1 week stay.

Nice apartment in quiet neighborhood with private roofterrace

Apartment is clean and stocked decently. The kitchen cabinets are a bit worn out but the appliances were in good shape. Decorations seem to have a personal touch. The roof terrace is very nice and a pleasant surprise it was private! Contactless checkin process was convenient although the registration of the persons was confusing (maybe because it was done on phone instead of on laptop), Easy walk to city centre

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Wohnstrasse und ist trotzdem sehr dicht an der Altstadt. Wir haben jeden Morgen in der Markthalle gefrühstückt und jeden Abend die herrliche Dachterasse genossen. Wir haben nicht selbst gekocht, deshalb kann ich nicht viel zur Küchenausstattung sagen, für uns war es perfekt. Die Betten waren super bequem, das Bad wäre für 6 Personen ein bisschen zu klein. Wir waren zu viert und so passte es. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war immer sehr schnell. Noch einmal vielen Dank für die Taxivermittlung, es hat alles geklappt.

Kurzurlaub in Valencia

Alles prima. Super Lage ,nah zur Altstadt. Dachterrasse sehr schön. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Nur die Belüftung im Bad reicht nicht und es hat sich Schimmel gebildet. Helle schöne Wohnung. Mit etwas Heizung durch die Radiatoren auch schön warm im Januar.

Buena estancia

Un piso muy bien ubicado y amplio, limpio y todo muy cómodo, tanto el check in como la estancia. Nuestro apartamento (6) contaba con terraza, 0 mosquitos a cualquier hora del día, smart tv con chromecast, 0 problemas al traer mascotas, y muy buena comunicación con la compañía por un problema que tuvimos con el sofá cama. En general muy contentos.

Valencia im Winter

Die saubere Wohnung liegt zentral und in einer ruhigen Ecke. Alles Notwendige und auch die meisten Touristenpunkze sind fußläufig erreichbar. Im Winter jedoch kamen die 2 Elektro-Heizungen nur schwer gegen die (außergewöhnliche) Kälte morgens an. Die Küche ist techt gut ausgestattet, jedoch schon etwas verwohnt. Insgesamt hat uns unser Aufenthalt gut gefallen.
