Terrible experience — this company apparently operates on the strategy of ignoring reported problems, long delayed responses, with the overall effect of frustrating the customer so they just give up TV did not work, WIFi did not work. The online staff’s final response to reporting the tv was not working was to make sure the plugs were connected and then after being advised that they were and still did not work the response was Sorry that’s all we can do. I asked for a change of rooms — no response. I finally found a very polite and helpful workman on site who tried to check the cables and even replaced the tv but it still did not work. Then days after I reported the problem I get a message asking if I can send them pictures of the TV cables (which requires you to lift a large tv off the wall hook — I know this because the workman needed me to assist him in moving the tv off the wall). Instead of sending their own workman to do this, they tell the customer in a message he needs to do it. And then in a chirpy little message they say we are here 24/7 to solve your problems — 4 days after the complaint. This company has ZERO interest in their service to customers.
