The 'Casella' is the typical Umbrian farmhouse. Made of stone, it is placed in a particularly happy and peaceful position. Surrounded by a very large garden, it faces west with a unique view of the austere profile of the Giomici castle with its towers that cut the sky and the valley below.
It offers the possibility of hosting up to 8 people.

The farmhouse is divided into two apartments sleeping 4, each with two bedrooms, a living area and a bathroom. The two apartments are communicating through an internal door and therefore available for 8 people. One of the two apartments has a terrace while the other has a large equipped garden.
The swimming pool is located about 600 meters from the farmhouse.
There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. The bathroom features a shower, a bidet, and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a coffee/tea maker and a washing machine.
