not the best option

the web said we could go in at 3pm... JC told me it wasn't ready to wait... he sent a msg that it was almost ready at 5pm that the cleaning crew was almost done. got there at 5:30pm.. no one was there so I went inside and it was all duty... the cleaning lady wasn't even there. contacted JC and he sent msg saying give me a minete. never heard back from him until Saturday when I told him I was out. 7:50pm was when the cleaning lady was done and we could go in. I had my parents with me and they were cold. -the road to get there is horrible, went around and all the other road are ok but the one for this house is really bad -the main door is so hard to lock -the house need a deep cleaning I could see webs close to the roof -some of the lights don't work, maybe change the batteries on the controls - there is 2 dogs in the property and had to constantly tell the caretaker at the gate to put them away because they kept scraping the car and also jumping on my parents -when I complained to JC all he said was that we could stay longer that we didn't have to leave the property at 11am... we left at 8am had to drive for a while. and I don't think it was fair that no one helped at all.
