Great location withing walking distance to the south rim. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. I was disappointed that they did not have regular whole milk as an option for coffee and I had to buy a pint just to use a small amount.

Perfect location within the Park. Short distance from the blue and red lines. The restaurant by the hotel, not good. Breakfast was not good (cold scramble eggs, and potatoes, all premade) and expensive. I recommend other restaurants in the Park.

Grand Canyon

Food has a lot to be desired. Overall the food was not very appealing. Dry bread for sandwiches, and hot dog, fruit was old, pancakes were cold, not a lot of healthy choices, flies were abundant. Beds were very comfortable, internet access was great. Loved the shuttle bus drivers. Staff at the hotel was great.

Great place. Nothing fancy

The stay was good overall. The location is convenient. There's a blue shuttle stop right at the lodge like many others. A close walk to the red line shuttle if it wasn't too experience the sunset at the best location

We were so excited to be staying here that we booked another night once we got there. The front desk said they would let us stay in the same room, no problem. The next day while our baby was sleeping, two house cleaners rushed in the room at different points (said they didn’t know we were staying), so I called the front desk to ask about it, and they said it was a mis communication on the housekeeping part, no worries. We left our room to get dinner, and when we came back, our keys didn’t work. So I went to the front desk, told her our room number, and the lady was extremely rude to me, saying that to get our keys to work again, I needed to register another credit card since it was a new registration. No one ever told me that, or called our room back to let us know. It was almost a mean girl thing right there in the lobby by her. A call to our room would have been a common courtesy, not locking us out of our room with our kids. I would have been happy to come right down with a new cc to incidentals. I probably wouldn’t stay here again since this is how people are treated.

It was literally a 5 minute, or less, walk to the rim of the Grand Canyon! SO BEAUTIFUL! Staff was very helpful and friendly. I loved that there is a Christian sunset worship service overlooking the Canyon. I want to visit again when I can stay longer!
