very nice villa in a typical sardinien village on the Asinara gulf called "La Ciaccia". Close to the turistic centre of Castelsardo (8 km), Stintino on left side and Santa Teresa di Gallura on the right side. Possibility to make excursions and sport (horse riding, kajak, ecc).
the village is very calm and nice with tracks for bicycles and a beautiful sand beach.
The villa has a wonderful seaview, is very comfortable with a solarium, veranda, garden in front and in the back. In the veranda there is a characteristic barbecue and in the solarium there is also a shower.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private patio. Conveniences include a microwave and a washing machine.

Great location and cute villa

We had a really lovely stay at this villa. The location was perfect for exploring the local area, which was great for us as there was a storm when we were there that meant we didn't spend as much time on the beach as we would have liked, however when we did get there it was really nice to be on. There are some lovely towns nearby. The local shop had everything we wanted and the closest cafes and restaurants were within walking distance and reasonably priced. Highlight for us was a wine tasting. We walked for 20mins to the vineyard, had delicious wine and lots of food and stumbled home very happy. The villa is very cute and well equipped and has a lovely roof terrace for evening drinks with sea views. I'm not used to handing over cash for a deposit on a holiday rental so I was worried initially about how that would work but it all was ok at the end of the stay. Thank you!

Lovely peaceful place to stay

Lovely and peaceful here. The bungalow is very well equipped and just a short walk from beach. There are many beautiful beaches near too. Interesting and beautiful places to visit - Castelsardo, Alghero, Assigus and Valley of the Moon, we loved the river which went into sea just down the road, good Cafe/Bar there where you could have a drink and watch the wonderful sunsets.

Wer keinen Wert auf modernste Ausstattung legt, ist hier genau richtig. Preis Leistung absolut ok. Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber und ordentlich. Top fanden wir die 3 Sitzecken vor, hinter und auf dem Haus. Da findet man immer den richtigen Platz an der Sonne oder im Schatten und da sich das Leben im Sommer sowieso eher draußen abspielt, spielt die Inneneinrichtung ja eine untergeordnete Rolle. Also: fĂŒr den Preis eine klare Empfehlung!

Casa bellissima peccato che mancassero i fondamenti di benvenuto e gestione casa
giĂ  abbiamo scoperto solo a saldo effettuato che asciugamani e lenzuola sono a parte (15 a persona)cosa che dovrebbe essere ben chiara nella promozione casa, ma quando ho chiamato per chiederlo mi hanno risposto che se non Ăš scritto non Ăš incluso
solitamente su lenzuola e asciugamani Ăš il contrario
poi siamo arrivati e non c’era neanche un rotolo di carta igienica ne una bottiglia di acqua, se uno arriva con i supermercati chiusi potrebbe essere un problema..inoltre in casa non abbiamo trovato neanche un sacco immondizia ma il padrone di casa pretende che se non hai modo di gestire l’immondizia con il passaggio porta porta perchĂ© parti prima te la devi caricare e portare tu in discarica
 capisco l’indifferenziato ma vetro, plastica e carta non mi era mai capitato in tanti anni che giro in Sardegna sempre affittando case..per fortuna che le 2 persone che gestiscono entrata ed uscita ospiti la pensano come me e me l’hanno fatta lasciare in strada

Das Haus entspricht im Wesentlichen der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Die Außenbereiche (vorne, hinten, oben) sind ganz klar das Beste an der Unterkunft. Innen hat das Haus eher wenig AufenthaltsqualitĂ€t. Bei Sonnenschein prima, bei mittelprĂ€chtigem Wetter möchte man dort lieber kein Zeit verbringen. Vom Komfort der Abwicklung und der Zugewandtheit der Gastgeber auf modernen Buchungsplattformen verwöhnt, fĂŒhlt man sich hier eher wie zurĂŒck in den 90ern... Ob das an FeWo direkt oder an dem SEHR korrekten Gastgeber Daniele liegt, kann ich nicht beurteilen.

Alles sehr schön. Nah am Strand. Etwas schwierig ist die MĂŒlltrennung, welcher MĂŒll in welchen BehĂ€lter usw.. MĂŒckenspray im Sommer nicht vergessen. Ansonsten schöne Wohnung, ruhige Lage, gut zum Erholen. Hat uns gut gefallen.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Daran war das Ferienhaus, dass genau den Beschreibungen entsprach, massgeblich beteiligt. Die SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe war etwas kompliziert, da die Verwalterin keinen genauen Termin hatte. Einkaufsmöglichkeit, Restaurants und der Strand sind gut zu Fuss zu erreichen. Nettes kleines Ferienhaus

Der Check-in hat gut geklappt, obwohl Ms. Anna nur italienisch spricht. Es war sogar zu relativ spĂ€ter Anreisezeit möglich (wir sind um 22h angekommen). Auch der Check-out war bereits um 7h morgens, was ebenfalls kein Problem fĂŒr Ms. Anna darstellte. Das Haus war wie beschrieben, die KĂŒche ist sehr gut ausgestattet (ausreichend Geschirr & Besteck, GewĂŒrze, Toaster, Mikrowelle, KĂŒhlschrank mit Eisfach, sogar ein Mixer und eine Salatschleuder waren vorhanden). Auch in dem kleinen "Waschraum" waren eine Waschmaschine, WĂ€schestĂ€nder mit Klammern, BĂŒgeleisen, Staubsauger, Trittleiter, Sonnenschirm, Sandspielzeug, Strandstuhl und Putzmittel vorhanden. Den kleinen, hĂŒbschen Garten haben wir leider nicht genutzt aufgrund vieler MĂŒcken, dafĂŒr haben wir meist auf der kleinen Terrasse vor dem Haus und auf der tollen Dachterrasse mit herrlichem Ausblick gesessen. Das Doppelbett war ok, einzig die Matratze des Einzelbettes wĂ€re mal erneuerbar. Ebenfalls erwĂ€hnenswert sind die beiden Klimaanlagen (eine im Schlafzimmer und eine in KĂŒche/Wohnzimmer). Daniele, der Vermieter, war jederzeit erreichbar (wir mussten wegen dem Schutzschalter nachfragen und wir bekamen sofort per Whatsapp eine Antwort). Er spricht sehr gut englisch. Auch hat er sich zweimal erkundigt, ob alles ok ist, was wir als sehr aufmerksam empfanden. Um schöne StrĂ€nde oder grĂ¶ĂŸere SupermĂ€rkte zu erreichen, ist ein Auto sehr empfehlenswert. Parken kann man direkt vorm Haus auf dem Gehsteig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt!

Erholsame Woche am Meer
