Villa in the cozy holiday park Domaine Les Rives des l'Ardèche for eight people with a private pool. There are around 100 holiday villas in the holiday park, the guests can make free use of the tennis courts and the communal swimming pool.

Spacious living room with sitting area and fireplace, television with Dutch channels. Dining room with dining area and double sliding door giving access to the covered terrace. Open kitchen with dishwasher, fridge with separate freezer, oven and microwave. Washer and dryer available.
The villa has four bedrooms, all suitable for two people. There is a fan in each bedroom. There are two bathrooms. The first is on the ground floor, with a shower and sink and the second bathroom is on the first floor, with bath, sink and toilet. Because the bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin downstairs, without high entry, the villa is also suitable for disabled people.
The villa has wifi internet.

Outside: garden with covered terrace with garden furniture, heated private pool (9 x 4 m, depth 1.40 m) with Roman staircase. Ample parking on site.
In the garden there is a gate to the adjacent villa, Villa Avalon. If you are traveling with a large group, it is nice to rent two adjacent villas!
