This property is dirty, had bed bugs. Booked for my family for the night, inspected room before taking family in. Bed bugs old worn sheets, the guy at the desk was very rude, told me that it is like that, because it is cheap. Said all that stays there" are nexicans" that the have been fixing the place up , because of that. It has not been fixed up at all. Ruined my whold families trip. All local hotels were booked, and because of the vad conditions of this place, my family turned around and came back home. Therefore, i didnt get to take my grandkids to the beach as planned.

Staff was nice. Hotel was outdated but decent enough. There were multiple rooms on the floor that had the doors open and I’m assuming displaced families living there. They left their doors open and you hear/see all going on in their rooms, along with all of their belongings. (Which I do know hotels take in displaced families and I think that’s great but it felt like a college dorm hallway.) It was only for one night, and it was quiet enough when we went to sleep with the AC on.

Liked:clean bed, clean, hot shower, employees were nice and professional Disliked: run down, sparse breakfast bar, stained “spa” bathtub, stained chair with holes in fabric in room, generally run down and outdated. Also appeared to be several permanent guests - a lot of loitering around, suspicious behavior- definitely not worth what we paid.
